Bail Notification

 

The bails times are as follows:

 

Monday through Friday:

 

4:30pm

7:30pm (please see note below about every third Wednesday of the month. The bails will be cancelled at 7:30pm on these days as maintenance is being done. Warrant checks will not be able to be done during this time)

12:00am

3:00am (Regionals Only)

 

 

Saturdays – Sundays – Holidays:

 

9:00am

12:00pm

4:30pm

7:30pm

12:00am

3:00am (Regionals Only)

 

 

 

Note: Individuals coming to bail out an inmate must check in a minimum of 30 minutes prior to the designated bail time.

 

 

All parties here to post bail must arrive ½ hour prior to all bail times and check in at the DWC (Dartmouth Women’s Center) security desk. The parties will then be instructed to park at the bail parking area and wait inside their vehicles until a Correctional Officer is ready to proceed with the bail.

 

Weekend bail times will be observed during all holidays.

 

Bail Times are subject to change at the discretion of the Superintendent or the On-Call Bail Clerk.

 

Any prisoner with a bail amount of more than $5000 will be required to post bail with a Bank Check (cash will not be accepted). The Bank check must be made out to the “Commonwealth of Massachusetts.” Checks will no longer be made payable to the clerk.

The Massachusetts Trial Court will be conducting monthly scheduled maintenance to improve security and performance.

 

Maintenance Schedule:

Frequency: Monthly (every third Wednesday)

Effective Start Date: Wednesday, May 20, 2026

Maintenance Window: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM

 

During this time, there will be temporary service interruptions:

WMS will be unavailable and no warrant activity will be processed

EACC submissions will queue and will be processed when systems are back online

CORI/CARI/BOP data may be affected
